At last, women’s pro sport is gaining traction amongst the viewing public, media & commercial organisations. Arguably many leading female athletes are more marketable than their male counterparts and with the slew of sporting events set to unfold in 2021, the opportunity to market image rights is greater than ever before. But, unless and until we can train, attract and retain a much higher percentage of female agents across all sports, we think many women will stay unrepresented.
